METAL SCULPTURE AT MORLEY COLLEGE

Morley’s metalwork students work in our spacious and specially equipped sculpture studio Pelham Hall. Beginners are taught various cutting, shaping and joining methods important to working successfully with metals and encouraged to work independently on their own sculptures taking inspiration from the work being created around them by more experienced students as well as the wider world.

This exhibition showcases work made beginners, intermediate and advanced students and demonstrates the variety of skills they have developed as well as some of what is possible in this versatile material.
