Morley Gallery is pleased to present This Is Elsewhere, an exhibition by Morley College’s Fine Art Mentoring Group, led by artist and course director Erika Winstone.
Featuring work by eleven artists, the exhibition pursues the idea of elsewhere and what it means for each artist. In the space where we're making, we feel removed from our ordinary existence; occupied by
seemingly more eternal questions. Elsewhere may be sought after, already found, dreamt of, or imagined.
The works include diverse themes and employ a variety of media including video, sculpture, installation, painting, photography, drawing and printmaking.
