We are celebrating 25 years of the Textiles Foundation course at Morley College London with an exhibition showcasing the best work from the Morley Textiles Foundation alumni.
This exhibition is open to artists working in all textile disciplines who have studied on the Morley College London Textiles Foundation course since 1998. We are inviting submissions of art works and design pieces for display in the exhibition, which will celebrate the growth and success of this course over the last two and a half decades.
We will be selecting around fifty pieces (dependent on space and scale of work.) Sizes can be from small to large scale, textile related sketchbooks also considered.
We are also looking for stories about where the Textiles Foundation took you and what happened next: How did the Textile Foundation impact your development and where did it lead you? (up to 250 words)
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: MIDNIGHT, SUNDAY 8TH OCTOBER 2023
Works will be selected from submissions by a panel of Morley tutors and successful applicants will be notified shortly after the deadline.
