My “Cultral Transcriptions” final piece was a pot that I moulded out of clay and then painted white using acrylic paint and added blue oriental inspired patterns onto. I presented the pot around a large pile of clothing and plastic packaging to resemble the environmental impact of fast fashion. I wanted to install the work in a way that the clothes and plastic will overpower and look more important than the pot to symbolise how serious and overwhelming clothes manufacturing can be for the environment.

This final piece from the “Time” project is a stop motion about fashion and beauty standards throughout some of the fashion industries most iconic decades. The stop motion was made using both physical drawings and digital work made on Adobe Draw. The video was editing together using iMovie.
